Information used for procurement requests
When the account and procurement service is enabled, it will collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery suburb, requested products and any notes you submit. This information is used only to identify your account, assess the request and contact you about supply.
Storage and email
Account and request records will be stored in the website's protected database. A structured copy of each request will be sent to the TILVARQ contact email shown on this website. Do not include payment-card details or other sensitive information; this website does not take payment.
Browser storage and session cookie
The procurement cart is kept in your browser's local storage. After sign-in, a secure, HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in. The site does not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile and limited technical request data are used to prevent automated abuse.
Retention and deletion
Expired sign-in sessions are eligible for deletion after 30 days. Procurement requests are retained for up to 24 months for follow-up and business records, unless a longer period is legally required. Account details are retained while the account is active. You may request account and associated personal-data deletion at any time; records that must be retained by law may be restricted instead of deleted.
Direct contact and access
If you call or email TILVARQ directly, your information is also handled by the applicable phone or email provider. Contact alex3421818@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion. Requests will be reviewed and answered through the same email channel.
